Los Angeles Mobile Notary Service honors and adheres to the regulations of the California Secretary of State guidelines maximum fee for Notary Public per signature is $15.

  • Hospital or Nursing Home “On-Sight” Signing fee – $40
  • Jail “On-Sight” Convenience fee – $300
  • Airport Emergency Notarization fee – $80

  • Copies – $15/each

Loan Signing Services

Includes (2) sets of loan documents, up to four borrowers, notarized signatures and drop-off documents ASAP or at nearest UPS/FedEx Center.

Travel Fees For General Notary Service

Serving Los Angeles and Surrounding Areas.

  • 0 – 5 miles = $30
  • 6 – 15 miles = $40
  • 16 – 30 miles = $50
  • 31 – 45 miles = $60
  • 46 – 60 miles = $75
  • Over 61 miles = $100+

Late Arrival Fees

  • $15 every 15 minutes for late arrivals
  • Fees will be charged if notary must wait more than 15 minutes from scheduled appointment
